I bring 28 years of experience in the real estate and banking industries, with a particular focus on risk, debt financing and portfolio management. Previously based in Hong Kong, I have called Singapore home for the past 16 years. I hold a Master's in Global Finance from New York University and the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. I have also completed a certificate in AI Strategies & Business Applications from National University of Singapore.

I started Arkanis Advisory to close the gap I kept seeing in small and medium-sized organisations: real enthusiasm for AI, but no clear path from that enthusiasm to results. Too many AI initiatives are led with technology first and strategy as an afterthought — and that's exactly the order I work to reverse.

My approach is deliberately practical. Before recommending an approach, I want to understand how your organisation actually operates, where the friction is, and what "success" needs to look like for the people who have to live with the change day to day. That's the thinking behind our philosophy: strategy first, technology second.
